NEWS |
In Accordance with
League Rule 6 this notice is to inform all current members of
the North Bury Junior Football League that the Annual General
Meeting for Season 2011-2012 is to be held at Bury FC Sports
and Social Club, Gigg Lane on 13 June 2012 Starting at 8:15pm
Please note the following
6(D) Each Full Member Club/team shall be empowered to send two
delegates to an Annual General Meeting. Each Club shall be entitled
to one vote only. Not less than 14 days’ notice shall
be given of any Meeting.
6(E) Clubs who have withdrawn their Membership of the Competition
during the season being concluded or who are not continuing
Membership shall be entitled to attend but shall vote only on
matters relating to the season being concluded. This provision
will not apply to Clubs expelled in accordance with Rule 17.
6(G) No individual shall be entitled to vote on behalf of more
than one Full Member Club.
6(H) Any continuing Member Club failing to be represented at
the Annual General Meeting to be held not later than 30th June
in each year without satisfactory reason being given shall be
fined £20:00.
A Club/Team will not be deemed a member of the Competition for
the forth coming season unless a Completed Membership form has
been presented at the Annual General Meeting and accepted by
the Management Committee.

PARKING
AT NUTTALL PARK.
( Woodbank home ground). Will all teams visiting Nuttall Park
please note that parking is a problem. Parking on Nuttall
Hall Road is not allowed as it is the main access for emergency
vehicles and clamping is now in force. If the car park is
full please park in the town. If you could organise car sharing
on these occasions it would help. |
